ITASCA COUNTY FAMILY YMCA

At the Itasca County Family YMCA, we believe every child should have the chance to explore their potential and build confidence in who they are becoming. We are grateful for the confidence families and community members place in us each day. Whether through Summer Camp, Before & After School care, Youth Sports, Early Learning programs, or family activities, our Y provides meaningful experiences that help young people develop skills, character, and lasting relationships.

Creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for every child in our care is central to everything we do.

The protection of children is a fundamental responsibility at our YMCA. We actively work to prevent abuse by equipping both youth and families with knowledge about personal safety and healthy boundaries. Our staff and volunteers complete thorough screening and ongoing training in child abuse prevention, supervision practices, and risk management so that children can participate in our programs with confidence and security.

We recognize that when parents and guardians entrust us with their children, they are placing immense faith in our organization. We honor that responsibility with care, diligence, and integrity.

To further support openness and accountability, the Itasca County Family YMCA offers an anonymous Concern/Complaint Reporting option. This resource allows individuals to share concerns confidentially.

Anonymous reports can be submitted using the form provided or by calling the number listed below. All submissions are handled with discretion and confidentiality.
