Players 16 years of age or older interested in playing moderately-competitive basketball are invited to join other adults at the YMCA. The players on the court organize the games. Basketball is played in the Y’s gymnasium throughout the year.
Tuesday and Thursday: 6:00am-7:45am

The Outdoor Courts at the Y, with a full-size basketball court, will open as soon as the weather allows in the spring and remain open in the fall as long as possible. The outdoor basketball court is open to the entire community; no Y membership is required.

Kids 10 years and up along with adults can learn some self-defense, get physically fit and gain confidence by joining in this traditional Japanese Karate class. Wear comfortable clothing or purchase a uniform.

The ancient Chinese arts of Tai Chi and Qigong are based on the philosophy of balance of physical health, strength, and mental well-being, that anyone can learn regardless of their current level of physicalfitness. Because learning how to use gravity to move gracefully are achieved at our own pace, we develop our inner self naturally, without force.
All Tai-Chi classes are open to beginners. No special equipment or previous experience needed. All are welcome.
Cost: Free to YMCA members and $45 per 6-week session for community. Try your first class free!
Times: Wednesdays 5:30pm in Studio A; Saturdays 9:30am in Racquetball Court #1
Session Dates:
Beginners class lasts about an hour, but everyone is welcome for the 2 hours total including advanced levels
