Water Exercise provides a total body workout using the resistance of water to increase muscle strength while cushioning your joints. The Y offers a variety of classes and times to allow you to find a class that works for you. No swimming skills are necessary for any of our water fitness classes, however the Deep Water Exercise class requires you to be comfortable treading the water with a floatation device. For ages 14 and up.
Water Exercise (basic): Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday - 8:30am-9:30am and Wednesdays at 1:00-2:00pm
Rusty Hinges: M, W & F - 9:30am-10:30am
Deep Water Jogging: Tuesday & Thursdays 9:30-10:15am
Silver Sneakers® Splash: Monday and Friday - 1:00pm-2:00pm
Deep Water H20X: Tuesdays 8:30-9:30am and Wednesdays 4:00pm-5:00pm
Aqua Zumba: Monday 5:20-6:20pm

SilverSneakers® - Splash is a universal class designed to increase cardiovascular endurance, agility, strength and balance in an aqua environment.
H2OX - Exercise using the resistance of the water for strength and buoyancy for minimum joint stress.
Deep Water - High Intensity Interval Training in the deep end of the pool.
Arthritis Foundation Rusty Hinges - This class provides a gentle workout for people with Arthritis, MS or other mobility limitations. This class was developed in cooperation with the Arthritis Foundation and the
National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
AQUA ZUMBA® - Those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine with energizing music. Just add water and shake!
Deep Water Jogging – Jogging in the deep end with Aqua Belts or walking the shallow end. All abilities are welcome to participate. This class is self-lead and no instructor is present.
