Water Exercise provides a total body workout using the resistance of water to increase muscle strength while cushioning your joints. The Y offers a variety of classes and times to allow you to find a class that works for you. No swimming skills are necessary for any of our water fitness classes, however the Deep Water Exercise class requires you to be comfortable treading the water with a floatation device. For ages 14 and up.
Aquacise (basic): Monday & Friday - 8:30am-9:15am
Water Restore: Monday & Wednesday - 9:15am-10:00am
Deep Water Tabata: Wednesdays 4:00pm-4:45pm
Aqua Zumba: Monday 5:30-6:30pm
Cost: YMCA Members - free; Community Members can purchase a day pass

Arthritis Foundation Water Restore - This class provides a gentle workout for people with Arthritis, MS or other mobility limitations. This class was developed in cooperation with the Arthritis Foundation and the
National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
AQUA ZUMBA® - Those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine with energizing music. Just add water and shake!
