Families are always welcome at the Y. Parents of young children can enjoy their workout knowing their kids are safe and engaged with our FREE childcare services.
A barbell strength program for all ages and fitness levels. This class matches movement to music while using traditional strength training. Participants work at their own level, and the choreographed routine stays the same for a period of time to allow focus on technique and increasing weight. Strength
A total body sculpting class using various resistance equipment. Builds muscular strength, endurance, and definition through weight lifting and resistance training.
A no frills, high energy workout inspired by military style training. This class uses drills and intervals to maximize effort. All fitness levels are welcome.
A dynamic workout that improves strength, endurance, agility, and balance using kettlebell movements that challenge both the muscular and cardiovascular systems. New participants are encouraged to arrive early to learn proper form and technique.
A suspension training workout using body weight and gravity to perform hundreds of exercises. Easily adjust your position to increase or reduce resistance. Led by personal trainers. Class size may be limited.
High intensity interval training designed to improve aerobic and anaerobic capacity, increase metabolic rate, and reduce overall training time. An athletic, non dance format great for all fitness levels.
A high energy cardio class that may include Step, CardioKick, Intervals, or a mix of all three. A fun workout with excellent cardiovascular benefits.
A combination cardio and strength workout. Includes floor exercises along with boxing and kickboxing moves for a full body routine.
A higher intensity class for those who enjoy advanced step choreography. Expect nonstop movement and a physical and mental challenge. Prior step experience is helpful but not required.

A gentle class using meditative movement patterns to improve balance, joint mobility, and overall body awareness. Excellent for beginners.
A multilevel class combining cardio movements and strength work for a full body workout. This class is 50 minutes in length and welcoming to all levels.
A class focused on building strength, balance, and flexibility. Ideal for seniors, beginners, and those recovering from injuries.
Designed for active older adults to improve strength and range of motion through seated and standing exercises. Uses hand weights, bands, and balls with a chair available for support.
A gentle yoga class that uses a chair for support during seated and standing poses. Helps increase flexibility, balance, and mobility. Includes breathing exercises and relaxation.
A TRX class specifically designed for active older adults. Emphasizes flexibility, mobility, and light strength work.
Part of the Pedaling for Parkinsons program. Based on research that shows forced cycling may help reduce Parkinsons symptoms. Accessible and supportive for participants with mobility limitations.
A welcoming early morning class focused on low stress cardio, fun movement, and lots of laughs. After class, enjoy toast, juice, and coffee with the group.
