We are currently seeking donations to help provide transportation for children to attend a Minnesota Twins game during the summer of 2026. This experience will give many kids the opportunity to enjoy a memorable day at the ballpark, some for the very first time. Donations will help cover bussing costs so that all children in our camp can participate in this fun and exciting outing.
The Itasca County Family YMCA proudly offers Camp Wannago, a summer day camp filled with fun, adventure, and meaningful experiences for children.
Join us for fun and adventure at Camp Wannago this summer! Camp Wannago has action-packed days full of fun activities and outdoor excitement. Campers will have the opportunity to swim, fish, be active outdoors, make new friends and experience new adventures. Campers will learn through discovery, exploration and community involvement.
Camp Wannago is open to children ages 5 through 12 (must have attended kindergarten). A Counselor in Training (CIT) program is also available for youth ages 13 through 15.
Camp is held at the Itasca County Family YMCA and runs Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 6:00pm. Breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack are provided daily.

Ages 5 to 12 (kindergarten required)
CIT Program: ages 13 to 15 ($105/wk)
Location: Itasca County Family YMCA
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 6:00pm
Weekly Camp Fee: $210
One time registration fee: $30 per family
Field trips may cost an additional fee for children in attendance
