A low impact water workout that uses natural resistance to build strength, improve mobility, and reduce joint stress. Great for all fitness levels and those seeking a gentle, supportive exercise environment.
A high intensity interval training class held in the deep end of the pool. You will alternate bursts of powerful movement with short recovery periods for a full body cardio and strength challenge without impact on the joints. Flotation belts are provided.
A gentle, therapeutic water class designed for individuals with arthritis, MS, or mobility limitations. Developed in partnership with the Arthritis Foundation and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, this class focuses on improving flexibility, balance, and overall comfort through slow, supportive movements.
